Youth Update
What have the youth of Ryde-Gladesville been up to this week?
Last Saturday night, we joined the rest of our Parish for the All Night Pentecost Vigil, and had a great evening together with our Youth! Back in person for the first time in months, we enjoyed the company mixed in with a skit, prayer & so much more. What a great way to start the month!
At Thursday Night Live, we had a fantastic session this week with Father James McTavish from the Verbum Dei community in the Philippines on the topic of ‘Modern-day healing: A Christian standpoint on medicine, healing and medical ethics’. We learnt so much!

UPCOMING EVENTS
Sparc (all high school)
Sparc will return next Friday with the theme ‘What’s so cool about Marriage today?’ June 19th at 6:30 pm at the St Charles Borromeo School Hall. All high school students are welcome, bring $5 for dinner.
Set Alight (ages 18-40)
Our next Set Alight session will be on the theme of ‘Learning to love: Understanding Modern Day Marriage Sunday June 14th at 7:00pm! Stay tuned for more updates!
Thursday Night Live (all parishioners!)
Next Thursday Night 7 pm live on our youth YouTube channel we will be exploring the topic of ‘Modern day Mission’ with our own Verbum Dei missionaries here at Ryde-Gladesville Parish! So get ready for some awesome sharing!
