Fr Greg's 25th Anniversary Ordination to the Priesthood Mass
On Thursday 13th August, Fr Greg Morgan celebrates the 25 year anniversary of his Ordination to the Priesthood. A special Mass will be held at 9:20am at St Charles Borromeo Church, Ryde on Thursday 13th August to commemorate this special day, and all are welcome to attend. The Mass will also be live streamed on our YouTube channel.
While weekday morning mass normally does not require bookings, bookings are required for this special Mass. You can book online via the TryBooking link below or on our website, or by contacting the Parish Office if you do not have computer access.
You can book a spot for the Mass here: https://www.trybooking.com/BKYFU
There will also be a morning tea held after Mass in the Parish Hall.
With current health restrictions, we unfortunately still only permitted to have 90 patrons within the church, so attendance will be on a first come first served basis. However please remember, the Mass will also be live streamed, and available to watch later, so there is an opportunity for everyone to participate, and do so safely.
Please remember to stay COVIDsafe
We kindly ask you to also remember to maintain a physical distance of 1.5 metres of all those from a different household to yourself at all times, and that it is now strongly recommended by the NSW Government that face masks are worn to Mass and events (such as the morning tea) where physical distancing is difficult to maintain. Singing is also still prohibited during the mass (even with face masks), as this is considered a high risk activity in the spread of COVID-19.
Nevertheless, we hope you'll join us in some way in celebrating this special anniversary!
