Volunteer with Rozelle Vinnies: '20 for One' Initiative

Looking for an opportunity to help those in need in the local area?

Vinnies Rozelle has an opportunity for people to volunteer in delivering hot meals one night a week to people in need in Rozelle and Balmain.

There are currently quite a few restaurants in the local area who have come together to support the “20 to One” initiative, which was initiated by Marco from Our Place in Balmain. Each restaurant provides 20 hot meals one night per week, we identify who in the local area would benefit from these meals and of course have their consent prior to sharing their details for delivery.

Although Marco is delivering his 20 meals, the other providers are not able to deliver. So basically, we are looking for members who would be willing to commit to one night per week picking up hot meals and delivering them to people in the local community. 

Whilst you are not venturing far outside of the local area, at least at this stage, it is still about assisting someone in need so we thought we should give everyone the opportunity to participate.
