Bookings for Christmas Masses

Bookings for Christmas Masses at Ryde-Gladesville open at 7pm, Monday 7th December. If you wish to attend any of our Christmas Masses, we highly recommend booking your spot to use the 'express lane' on arrival. Bookings are also highly recommended for those who wish to sit indoors at any of the Masses held at our churches, such as the elderly.

Any guests without bookings will have to sign in via QR code/manually on the day, and will be seated outdoors if the churches are at capacity. Due to the 2 square metre rule, 200 guests are permitted inside SCB church, and 160 guests are permitted inside OLQP church.

Please take note of the location of your preferred Christmas Mass, as several Masses have been changed this year to allow for greater capacity in line with current COVID-19 restrictions.

For more information about Christmas Mass times, and to book your spot, please visit the 'Mass Times' page on our website.

Sign in, physical distancing, temperature checks, cleaning measures and capacity limits will be in place at all Masses in line with current restrictions. For more information on the current COVID-19 restrictions and how these affect our Parish, please visit the NSW Government website and our COVID-19 Updates page.

Times that the bollards and gates open will be announced closer to the day.

Christmas Volunteers

We are still in need of volunteers to assist us at our Christmas Masses this year. If you are able to assist as a parking warden, COVID marshal, warden/usher, set up and pack up volunteer or letterbox drop volunteer during this busy Christmas season, please sign up via the form on our website: https://www.rgcp.org.au/volunteer.

Training/instruction will be provided for all roles closer to the day.

With the trials of 2020 and the COVID-19 restrictions, we anticipate this year's Christmas Masses to be busier than ever, so we need all hands on deck to help our Masses run as smoothly and as safely as possible! If you plan on attending any of the Christmas Masses, please consider the ways in which you may be able to spread the Christmas spirit and return the favour to your parish community in this season of giving.
