Youth Update

What have the youth been up to lately?  Last week our high schoolers got to learn all about how to become a Saint!

With the help of a Giant Board game and some interesting taste tests the youth got to journey along the path to becoming a Saint.

Our youth had to battle in a game of knowledge before they moved on to showing their heroic virtue by eating some crazy food combinations like Cabanossi and whipped cream, although some lucky ones managed to get ice cream and caramel sauce. Then as a group they needed to present something miraculous to the group - we got to see the miracle of forgiveness and the miracle of raising the dead and a few mind games.

Sparc is running every Friday from 6.30 - 9.30 pm in the St Charles Borromeo School Hall.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Ignite (primary school Years 4-6)

Our year 4-6 kids joined us at OLQP this Saturday for some fun and games and a chance to learn a bit about their faith. Our next session will be Saturday the 19th of June from 3.00 - 4.30 pm in the Parish Hall at Our Lady Queen of Peace.

Set Alight (ages 18+)

You may remember last week our brothers Drum were ordained! No Set Alight session was run but we are back this week after the 6.00 pm mass on Sunday. So come along for some fun, faith, friends and food!
