City of Ryde Council has 4 webinars available for the community around coping with COVID-19. The webinars are hosted by the Resilience Centre and are full of good ideas and tips on how to stay connected during lockdown. You can find the webinars on the council website at the bottom of the page.

Webinars include:
  • Reframing how you view COVID-19

  • Staying Afloat & Staying Connected during COVID-19
We also have live creative webinars for RU OK Day coming up this month. To help support mental health and wellbeing, the City of Ryde is presenting a series of workshops drawing on art therapy techniques.

Using activities such as drawing and collage, participants will be encouraged to explore and express their thoughts and emotions through creativity. Take the opportunity to relax, nurture yourself and bring mindfulness into your life!

The workshop will be held on Zoom and you will be able to interact with the workshop facilitator and other participants.
