Youth Update: 21st - 23rd October

Camp 2023 Save the Date:

Camp will be happening from January 23 - 25, 2023

This time we will be heading up north to Camp Toukley on the Central Coast.

Come along, bring your friends and make some new ones. It will be a few days of faith, games, laughter and fun in the great Aussie outdoors.

Our Youth team are working hard at organising this wonderful Parish event and will provide more information in the coming weeks. So watch this space!!
Ignite: Year 3 - Year 5
Join us on Saturday October 22 for our first session back this term as we learn about Saint Pope John Paul II. This term our Ignite group will learn about saints!

We meet at 3:00pm - 4:30pm at Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish Hall, all year 3 - year 5 kids welcome.

Ignite Conference:
Last weekend (September 29 - October 2nd) many of our leaders and youth attended the Ignite Conference with 700 other youth and young adults from around Australia! It was a great weekend where we all got to hear from some amazing guest speakers and celebrate our faith!

World Youth Day:
In less than a year a group of pilgrims from our parish will be heading off to experience World Youth Day!

We are asking help from the parish in terms of raising funds to help some of the pilgrims who need some financial support and to help cover some costs (like van/bus hire.)

We are kicking off with a ‘100 Club’ fundraiser.

We have 100 tickets. Buy 1 ticket for $50 and you have a 1-in-a-100 chance to win part of the prize money!

5th place: $100
